What God's Expecting of Us

Human beings were made in God's likeness and given dominion over the rest of creation as a reflection of God's own reign over all things. Christians have never been excused from the human mission because we have more important things to accomplish.
As people made in God's likeness, it is our responsibility to help bring into existence the things that God envisions. Through our labor, we are commanded to bear fruit. It's important to appreciate not only what God has made, but also what we've made. The most improtant work we can do is for another one, to help others and create a peaceful ang loving community.
